I really liked working with the fun colors this week from the ColourQ Challenge #150. I needed to make a Birthday card so these colors were perfect.
I made the cake out of card-stock and embellished each layer with a different pattern. I made the 'happy target' from the round 'Happy Birthday' stamp from the Happiest Birthday Wishes stamp set and just punched out the 'happy circle.' This was a fun card to make and it would be a fun card to receive! Thanks for looking!
Fantastic layering. Thank you so much for joining us at this week at the colourQ!
ReplyDeleteCan you provide the measurements for each of the layers? Very fun looking cake.
ReplyDeleteHi! Here are the deminsions for each layer. Lucky Limade: 1 1/2 x 4 inches, Daffodil Delight: 1 1/4 x 31/2 inches, Poppy Parade: 1x3 inches, and Bermuda Bay: 3/4 x 2 1/2 inches.
